These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") are entered into between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and 00bd9 ("the Company", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online casino and sports betting platform accessible at https://00bd9.app and all associated subdomains, applications, and services (collectively, "the Platform" or "00bd9").

By accessing the 00bd9 website, registering an account, making a deposit, claiming a bonus, or placing any wager — whether on casino games, live dealer tables, crash games, or sports betting markets including cricket — you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in their entirety, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them.

4.4 Responsible Use of Funds

5.1 General Bonus Terms

In the event of any conflict between promotion-specific terms and these general Terms, the promotion-specific terms shall apply.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds credited to a player's account are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn as cash. The applicable wagering requirement for each bonus is stated clearly in the promotion terms. Wagering requirements must be met within the stated time limit. Any bonus balance remaining after the expiry of the time limit will be forfeited.

Different game types may contribute at different rates towards wagering requirements. For example, slots may contribute 100% of each wager, while table games such as Blackjack and Roulette may contribute at a lower rate. 5.3 Bonus Abuse

5.4 Promotional Changes

By using the 00bd9 Platform, you agree to use it solely for lawful and personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. The following conduct is strictly prohibited on 00bd9:

• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or at any point of verification.
• Registering or using an account on behalf of another person, or allowing another person to use your account.
• Using any automated software, bot, script, or artificial intelligence tool to interact with the Platform in a way that gives an unfair advantage.
• Attempting to hack, reverse-engineer, exploit, or otherwise compromise the integrity or security of the 00bd9 Platform or any of its games.
• Colluding with other players in any game, including but not limited to live casino games, poker, or any game where player interaction affects outcomes.
• Exploiting software errors, bugs, or glitches to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings obtained as a result of a known software error are void and must be returned to 00bd9.
• Engaging in any form of fraud, including chargeback fraud, payment fraud, or identity fraud.
• Using the Platform in connection with any money laundering, terrorist financing, or other criminal activity.
• Publishing, transmitting, or sharing any content through the Platform that is defamatory, offensive, obscene, or in violation of any applicable law.

Breach of any of the above obligations constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in the immediate suspension or permanent closure of your account, forfeiture of any funds held in the account, and, where applicable, reporting to the relevant law enforcement authorities.

7.1 Game Availability

8.1 Voluntary Closure

Any player may request the closure of their 00bd9 account at any time by contacting [email protected]. Upon receipt of a closure request, 00bd9 will process the request within 5 business days. Any remaining balance at the time of closure will be returned to the player via their registered payment method, provided that all KYC requirements have been met and no outstanding compliance reviews are pending.

8.2 Self-Exclusion

8.3 Suspension by 00bd9

00bd9 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, including in circumstances where: (a) the player has breached these Terms; (b) 00bd9 has reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity; (c) the player's account is subject to a chargeback dispute; (d) the player has been found to be under the age of 18; or (e) the account has been inactive for more than 12 consecutive months without any deposits or wagers.

Where an account is closed by 00bd9 for compliance reasons, the player will be notified by email to the address registered on their account. Any funds legitimately owed to the player will be returned following the completion of any pending compliance review, except where funds are subject to forfeiture under these Terms.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 00bd9 shall not be liable to any player for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with: (a) the use of or inability to use the Platform; (b) the outcome of any game or wager; (c) any technical failure, server error, or interruption of service; (d) any unauthorised access to a player's account arising from the player's failure to safeguard their login credentials; or (e) any reliance placed by a player on any content, promotion, or communication published on the Platform.

00bd9's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with their use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

00bd9 makes no warranty, express or implied, that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. Players access the Platform at their own risk and are responsible for maintaining appropriate security software on their own devices.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit 00bd9's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.

00bd9 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, 00bd9 will notify registered players by email to the address on file and will publish the updated Terms on the Platform with a revised effective date clearly indicated at the top of the document.

Your continued use of the 00bd9 Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must cease using the Platform and may request the closure of your account in accordance with Section 8.1 above.
